abusHelpDesk application is used to assist in managing the support calls and problem resolution between our customers, engineers and administrative support staff.

We designed application to improve communication between our clients and technical support staff, with an accessible, easy to use, friendly interface. It also allows you to document each trouble ticket and record the exchange between our client and the technical support person. Technicians and engineers receive trouble tickets by email and have the ability to access all calls via the Web. Clients are notified of the ticket status by email, and may log on to the Web at any time to review the status of their outstanding tickets.
System administrators have direct access to all the data, 24 x 7, from any location, through a secure network login.
